1 Job Orders & Commencement
2 Technical Support
We provide 1-year free technical support for:
- Logical/functional bugs
- Server-side errors
- API integration issues
Support excludes issues caused by external changes, hosting environment, third-party edits, or upgrades/downgrades.
3 Media & Licensing
Stock images and professional photography are not included by default and will be billed separately upon prior notice.
4 Browser Compatibility
Web apps are tested on modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). Legacy IE versions are unsupported beyond basic compatibility.
5 SEO & Search Engines
SEO services, ranking guarantees, or search engine submissions are not included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
6 Post-Launch Maintenance
Any changes or updates post-launch not covered in the project scope will be billed separately.
7 Client Content Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for all website content. Wurkloop will correct any posting errors if reported.
8 Domain & Hosting
Domains booked via Wurkloop remain our property until full payment is made. Once cleared, full transfer will be facilitated.
9 Third-Party Services
All third-party charges (e.g., hosting, SSL, APIs, plugins) must be prepaid by the client.
10 Payment Terms
Milestone-based payments must be cleared within 14 days of invoicing. Delays may attract late fees or project suspension.
11 Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels, refunds are adjusted based on work completed. If Wurkloop cancels, refunds are processed after deducting completed milestone work.
12 Delayed Client Input
Failure to provide feedback or inputs within 15 working days may result in forfeiture of payments made.
13 IP & Licensing
Unless an exclusive license is agreed upon, Wurkloop retains ownership of all code and IP. The client receives a single-domain license.
14 Showcase Rights
Wurkloop may showcase completed work in portfolios unless restricted by NDA.
15 Legal & Liability
Wurkloop is not liable for indirect damages. Identified errors will be corrected upon notification.
